Fixture change, W.B.A game against Birchgrove B.C. has been moved from Saturday May 17th, and is now re-scheduled to, Sunday May 18th, 2.30pm, at Splott Park.

Club Competitions
All club competitions will start on Tuesday May 6th 2008, at Splott Park, from 5.30pm onwards, this will continue right through the season, up to, and including Tuesday August 26th.
We'd like to say all the best to Cardiff City, who have just made it to the FINAL of the F.A. Cup 2008. The first time in 81 years, when last they won the cup, and took it out of England for the first and only time, in 1927.
We are hopeing to fill the vacant fixture, for the first weekend in August, by visiting Swansea Bowls Club, on Sunday August 3rd. Please keep a look out for an update.

Tour Shirts For Torquay 2008
During The Winter, We put out two rinks for Cardiff Indoor Bowls Club, against Harliquins. It was a great afternoon, and a good time was had by all, with some competitive bowling, unfortunately with both of our rinks going down, the game was won by Harliquins. Rinks were, Rod Thomas, Richie Barry, Dave Wilcox, and Ron Osborne, Rink 2, Laurence Shackell, Martyn Watts, Gareth Wilcox, and Gareth Watts.
Due to a fixture clash we are looking for an away game on Saturday 2 August 2008, if any club is interested in a home fixture, we would be grateful if you would contact us.

On Wednesday July 18th 2007Splott Phoenix were away to Birchgrove Bowls Club. Rink no 3, contained the youngest player in the club 14 year old Ben Parry, who attends Willows High School, the rink scored 8 shots on the 6th end.
